It’s an exciting time for Luis Garcia. He’s coming off the best season of his young career, is having himself a tremendous Spring Training (.974 OPS), and seemingly working to try and secure a long-term extension with the Nationals. For the first time in his career, he enters a season seemingly having the club’s full belief, and with a solid grasp on his starting role for the foreseeable future.
